Join New York Times best-selling author Tessa Bailey for the exclusive early release of the Collector’s Edition of Hook, Line and Sinker on April 11, 2026, at Westport Winery Garden Resort in Washington State. This beloved sequel to It Happened One Summer continues the “Bellinger Sisters” series set in the charming fishing town of Westport.
Main Event Highlights
Guests can select from one of two sessions in The Speakeasy Event Center at Westport Winery Garden Resort. The tickets are $48 per person and include a pre-signed Collector’s Edition hardcover, book talk and audience Q&A, digital photo line, wine for 21+, a charcuterie buffet, and free admission to the International Mermaid Museum.
Session 1: 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM (Doors open at 10:30AM)
Session 2: 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM (Doors open at 1:30PM)
Special VIP Champagne Party
The Speakeasy includes a private party room designed to replicate the bar Piper and Hannah built in Westport. In the book it is named Cross & Daughters. In preparation for the event, Westport Winery and Tessa Bailey are holding a design competition for the logo of the bar. The winner of the competition will receive a pair of free tickets to the event, plus tickets to the evening VIP champagne cocktail hour. The bar’s sign will be unveiled at this event.
The $25 ticket for the limited seating event from 5:00PM to 7:00PM includes:
- Limited, Intimate Access – A smaller, private gathering with more one-on-one time with Tessa.
- Insider Experience – Special guest moderators including winery founder Kim Roberts, Red (Blue) Buoy owner Erin Snider, and Little Richard’s Donuts owner Kate Davies.

- Personalized Book Signing – Tessa will personalize up to 3 books either purchased at the event or brought from home.

Westport Winery Garden Resort is located at 1 South Arbor Road, Aberdeen, WA, just two hours from Seattle’s Sea-Tac Airport. The winery is ten miles from Westport, its beautiful beaches, and the famous Westport Marina. Tickets are available at www.WestportWinery.com or on the winery’s Facebook page. Please bring your receipt for entry. Westport Winery is the only authorized dealer for this event. Due to health, safety, and space limitations, those without tickets will not be permitted into the event space. All event guidelines are subject to change. Attendees can receive refunds up to 24 hours before the event start time. Should this event be canceled, all customers will be refunded their ticket price using the original payment method.
